What does Private Yoga Instruction Involve?

Coming in for a private yoga session, gives you an opportunity to have a one-on-one session with a yoga instructor. The yoga instructor creates a yoga class specifically for your needs, and what you want to focus on (i.e., strengthening shoulders, legs, hips, stress reduction, ect).

Throughout the yoga class, the yoga instructor can assist with your alignment and ensure you are doing the yoga poses correctly, so you do not strain muscles, or injure yourself.
