When Should I get a Pregnancy Massage, and what should I expect?

You can get pregnancy massage throughout your entire pregnancy, and after your pregnancy! Many women come in once a month at the beginning of their pregnancy, then more frequently as the pregnancy progresses. Usually new moms take a break for a few weeks to bond with baby, and get situated, and then begin coming in for postnatal massage to help their body recover from the pregnancy and birth.

 Depending on the trimester, and how you are feeling, we customize the massage to fit your needs. Typically a pregnancy massage will include laying on your side, as well as your back. We use pillows and bolsters to maximize your comfort.
